Landisburg EMS Membership

The average cost of a BLS emergency is around $1,400. Patients often do not feel it necessary to purchase a membership because they feel their insurance will cover it. Many times insurance companies will only pay a small portion of the billed amount for BLS services rendered & the patient is then responsible for the remainder of the balance, which is typically very expensive.

By purchasing a membership with Landisburg EMS, members have no out-of-pocket expense for the remainder of the balance or co-pay that the insurance does not cover. Memberships remain active for one calendar year (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 & covers three transports per patient per year. Landisburg EMS reserves the right to third party bill for services rendered. Purchasing a membership also helps our organization by funding to pay for the housing of our ambulance, purchase of medical supplies, training for personnel & enables us to operate & maintain a level of preparedness & response to emergency calls.

Individual - $75.00

Covers one adult age 18 or older for up to 3 emergency calls per year

Family- $100.00

Covers two adults & all dependent children under the age of 18 that reside in the household. Each member is covered for 3 emergency calls per year. 

**Important - In the "Additional Delivery Information" section of the check out page, please list the names and ages of every person covered under the Family Membership that you are purchasing.

Business- $125.00

Covers all employees at their place of employment during regular business hours. Employees are each covered for 3 emergency calls per year from the workplace.
