Community Paramedicine

Recently Discharged from the hospital? Having trouble adjusting and considering if you need to go back? Community Paramedicine may be for you! This program brings a qualified medical professional to your home to assist with a variety of activities while lessening your exposure to other sick patients and decreasing overall medical bills. Ask your hospital if you qualify for this program!

During a visit, the following may be done:

• Physical Check-Ups
• Medication and Prescription assistance
• Education regarding current diagnosis/illness and medical equipment
• Providing community resources to assist with maintaining optimal health.

This is a partnership between the local hospital facilities and Landisburg EMS to provide better after hospital care to the residents of central and western Perry County.
